Abstract
A single leaf containing the prayer beginning "Doulx dieu doulx pere". On the recto is a miniature of the last judgment, within a foliate border including an illuminated initial "D".

Notes
The miniature is in tempera, colored and gold inks, and gold leaf. It has been attributed to a follower of the Master of the Munich Golden Legend (active ca. 1430-1440). A previous attribution was to the circle of the Bedford Master. See curatorial file for both attributions.
