Abstract
A cutting from one leaf, containing on the recto a historiated initial "A", showing two kings; on the verso, music on a red staff.

Notes
The historiated initial is drawn in tempera, black ink, and gold leaf. It has been attributed to Niccolò di Giacomo da Bologna (see Palladino).
Possibly from an antiphonary beginning the text "Astiterunt reges terrae" (sung at matins on Good Friday).
