Abstract
A single leaf containing the text "Deus in adiutorium ..." surmounted a miniature of the adoration of the Magi, within a border with vignettes of the three kings and their entourages (r); and various incipits beginning "Veni creator Spiritus", next to a wide foliate border (v).

The text is written in a gothic book hand in brown ink.
The miniature and illuminated initial "D" on the recto are drawn in tempera and gold paint. The illumination on the verso is unfinished.
