3 historiated initials: (1) the letter "L" (?) with a female martyr (St. Lucy?); (2) letter "S" with a deacon saint (Stephen?); (3) letter "D" with the martyrdom of St. Agatha.

Drawn in tempera and colored inks with gold leaf.
