The verso of no. 2 shows music on a large red 4-line staff and text in a rotunda gothic hand. No. 1 is backed on paper and the verso cannot be seen. Probably from Lombardy. Drawn in tempera, colored inks and gold paint. MS Typ 981. Houghton Library, Harvard University.
