A single leaf containing the offertory and communion for the vigil of Pentecost, with the introit for Pentecost (Spiritus domini replevit orbem terrarum).

Notes
The verso has a large historiated initial S showing the descent of the Spirit on the apostles; in silver and colors.
The Latin text is written in a tall gothic book hand, initial letters in blue and red with pen-work decoration. Musical notation is square notes in black on a red 4-line staff.
On stylistic grounds, probably written in Germany (Regensburg?).
