- Written in a majuscule script with Irish characteristics, but probably in Germany.
Ff. 1-6 (in the order 1 3 5 6 4 2) were originally in a quire of 8 leaves, the second bifolium being lost. All the leaves are cut down with loss of text.
Sewn into thin boards, now detached.
In a tray case, 21 cm.
