Written in a gothic rotunda book hand in black ink in one column, with musical notation above each line of text.
F. 1r has a historiated initial showing St. Mauritius; f. 13v another showing Peter and Paul. There are 11 other painted initials. Other initial letters are in red and blue with pen-work decoration.
Bound in modern vellum.
