Many accounts contain entries for enslaved people; Joseph Dyar was charged for making or mending shoes for Cato and other undentified enslaved people in 1740, and John Pratt was billed in 1741 for shoes for Venes (Venus). There are also entries by Samuel Reed's son, William, from approximately 1818 to 1822.
