The culinary collection of Nadine Lindzen consists largely of typed, printed, and handwritten menus (some cut into hand-decorated shapes) in French on the occasion of baptisms, First Communions, marriages, and other events, of a variety of people, many from the Hoguet family. Locations are rarely given. Also included is one First Communion photograph from 1912; two 1918 safe conduct passes issued to Claire Eugénie Lacam, possibly the wife of Pierre Lacam who was a renowned pastry chef and bibliophile; and a handwritten volume of culinary-themed poetry transcribed from various sources (probably formerly in the possession of the Lacams).
