BIOGRAPHY

Angelica Spykman Harter, daughter of Nicholas J. Spykman and Elizabeth Choate Spykman, graduated from the Westover School, received an AB in History from Radcliffe College in 1956 and an MA from the University of Chicago School of Social Work in 1960. She married Richard M. Harter. She is an active member of the United Church of Christ and co-founded the UCC Palestine Israel Network.
