Collection consists of notebook containing minutes of an Executive Committee meeting held October 1-4, 1899, in Akron, Ohio, including reports of speeches by Carrie Chapman Catt. Kept by Hattie A. Sachs, Recording Secretary. Recipes and menus are on back pages of the notebook. Also includes Hattie A. Sachs's delegate ribbon from the 31st annual National American Woman Suffrage Association convention held in Grand Rapids, Michigan, in April-May 1899.

The notebook of the Ohio Woman Suffrage Association was given to the Schlesinger Library by Mrs. S.I. Levy in 1964.
