One letter concerns donating autographed copies of Uncle Tom's Cabin for a fair at Girls' High School in Brooklyn, New York, and the other letter is about the life and death of Phillips Brooks.
BIOGRAPHY
Harriet Beecher Stowe was an American abolitionist and the author of Uncle Tom's Cabin and other books. Stowe's daughter Hattie lived and traveled with her mother.
