3 foldersCollection consists of two handwritten cookbooks in French, early 20th century, kept by Georges Bachmann. The cookbooks include recipes for pȃtes, biscuits, puddings, and madeleines. Also included is one volume of printed menus for six and seven course meals at the West and East Room in 1899.
