BIOGRAPHY

William Green was a professor of government at Morehead State University in Kentucky. In 2017 he published Contraceptive Risk: The FDA, Depo-Provera, and the Politics of Experimental Medicine, a study of an injectable hormonal birth control method that was tested on women in the mid-1960s without their consent until it was FDA-approved in 1992, and was never FDA-approved for chemical castration for male sex offenders.
