Scope and Contents
Accounts to Samuel Sturgis in February 1740 from merchants including Thomas Perkins, John Wiggins, Isaac Cazneau, and Green & Boylston. There is also an apothecary bill that includes a "drink for ye negro woman", and a bill of shoes to Sturgis for his family, multiple Native Americans who were most likely indentured, and enslaved people.
