Includes reports about the French and Indian War, an earthquake, an attempted murder, and a beached whale, as well as advertisements for auctions, real estate, and books. There is additionally a notice regarding a fugitive from slavery, named either Bonny or Bonny-west, taken out by distiller Johnson Jackson of Boston, who offered a six dollar reward and expenses for his capture. The ad describes Bonny's physical appearance and clothing, and claims, "He is a cunning, artful Fellow, and says he is a Portuguese born."
