Collection includes papers of Leoline Waterman Bridgman (author) and Walter Ray Bridgman (professor at Yale University and Lake Forest College), the parents of Margaret Bridgman. Papers arranged in folders by Margaret Bridgman. Folder titles by the archivist, except those in quotations, which are by Margaret Bridgman.

BIOGRAPHY

Margaret Bridgman was born in 1892. Member of English Department, faculty and women's advisor, Indiana University (1920s); Dean of Skidmore College (1929-1951); consultant for Russell Sage Foundation and National League for Nursing.
