Acquisition Information

This is an artificial collection of medals assembled by the Harvard University Archives.  The medals originate both from their recipients and from at least one artificial collection.

  1. Accession 10579, 9 medals in lucite block presumed awarded to Butterfield, received 1985 October 3
  2. Accession 10651, 4 medals awarded to Kane, received 1986 January 17
  3. Accession 14281, all other medals listed in this inventory, received 2001 February 28
