Summary

Collection includes programs from Anderson's performances, circa 1953-1993; sheet music and scores for Anderson compositions, mostly 1950s; misc. records of Anderson pieces from the 1950s and 1960s. The series of materials for accession 2009MT-42 includes autographed photographs, papers, piano rolls, Edison Amberol and Blue Amberol records (cylinders), and long-playing records.

Leroy Anderson was an American composer and conductor. He graduated from Harvard College in 1929 and received an AM from Harvard in 1930.
