Biographical / Historical
The Centre Theatre Group is a theater company in Los Angeles, California, that opened in 1964 in a partnership with the County of Los Angeles which owns the facilities. Since this time, it has shared space in the Music Center (Mark Taper Forum and Ahmanson Theatre) with three other resident companies, including the Los Angeles Opera, the Los Angeles Philharmonic and the Los Angeles Master Chorale.
