Includes letters to Francis Henry Appleton, Benjamin Apthorp Gould Fuller, Bruno Lind, and Richard C. Lyon. Compositions include "To German Americans," "Introduction to Hamlet," "More about Philosophers in America," and some occasional verse. Also includes diplomas from Harvard, a photograph, and papers written in Santayana's Philosophy 12 course at Harvard by Harry Austryn Wolfson with comments by Santayana.
