Contains documents and letters concerning Ireland, speeches presented by James I, Elizabeth I, and Charles I, as well as George Villiers, 1st Duke of Buckingham, and George Abbot, Archbishop of Canterbury, among others, before Parliament, as well as proceedings of the House of Commons, 1640-1641. Also includes reports concerning the proposed marriage between Charles I and the Infanta Maria of Spain, 1617, the election of kings of Bohemia, as well as various letters.
