Biographical / Historical
Henry James (1843-1916) was an American novelist, short story writer, critic, and dramatist. James Brand Pinker (1863-1922) was his literary and dramatic agent. Pinker was founder of the firm James B. Pinker and Son, a firm of literary agents in London.
